These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and other products and services provided by Leads Hub (“Leads Hub”, “we”, or “us”), including email services, training sessions, events, marketing services, review and message boards, and various other communication tools (collectively referred to as our “Services”). By clicking to indicate your acceptance of these Terms, or by otherwise accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, including the mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver in Section 19, you must not access or use our Services.
In addition to these Terms, you may be required to accept additional terms that apply to specific features, products, or services. If any additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms will prevail for the applicable feature, product, or service.

By creating an account with Leads Hub, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including notices about your account (e.g., payment authorisations, password changes, and transactional information). These communications satisfy any legal requirements that they be in writing.

4) Our Services; Licence
Our Services may enable you and others to create, post, store, and share marketing content, including but not limited to email, text messages, photos, videos, software, and other materials (“Marketing Content”). Except for the licence you grant below, you retain all rights to your Marketing Content. By using our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, fully paid, and sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your Marketing Content in accordance with your specified settings.
As part of our Services, we may view and internally use your Marketing Content to improve the functionality and effectiveness of the Services and to detect issues. You agree not to post or share Marketing Content that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy or for which you lack the necessary rights.
You may import data, including personal information about your contacts (“Contact Data”). We use Contact Data solely to provide Services at your direction and to enhance their functionality. We may share Contact Data with third-party providers for service delivery, during business transfers, or as required by law.
5) Prohibited Conduct
